As a writer, I am deeply inspired by Jack Kerouac's Rules of Spontaneous Prose. His "rules" are liberating and entrusts the individual to express themselves without inhibition and always with honesty. My "rules" aim to accomplish the same in cooking, in writing, in living.
Rule #1: Make with love.
Rule #2: Be brave.
